QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Math, Industrial, Business Information and etc), Math, Statistics or MIS
  • 7 years of experience in data analysis models or methods
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in data analytics software & BI tools Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions
  • Previous experience managing and developing analytical teams
  • Extensive expertise in data modeling, both logical and physica
  • Good understanding of range of data manipulation and analysis techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills at all levels; ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good technical knowledge SPSS Modeler SAS, R Programming, SAP Business Objects
  • Highly skilled in translating business questions / problems into analytical models
  • Good understanding of range of data manipulation and analysis techniques

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage customer understanding based on advanced analytical methods
  • Provide leaders and business partners with actionable insights on customer value, needs and preferences through frequent, proactive communication as well as clear and concise presentations and reports
  • Provide a detailed and complete understanding of customer bases, including product profiles from customer databases
  • Provide segments with models (both segmentation and propensity) to aid targeting and understanding of customer behaviour
  • Ensure the models are implemented on the database and that business units understand these models
  • Own the delivery of insight and business intelligence across the segment units, making recommendations and implementing improvements to current business practice. E.g. developing and implementing the analytical and business intelligence capabilities, to deliver efficiencies across the business
  • Identify & resolve data quality issues
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer data available to maximise the benefit of customer insight
  • Recommend and implement appropriate data modelling solutions to meet business requirements
  • Create and maintain statistically robust models to facilitate the business requirements, for example in the areas of acquisitions, retention, cross-sell, upsell and loyalty
  • Advise business units of appropriate marketing actions based on the relevant information to ensure maximum benefit
  • Establish a robust reporting methodology to support business initiatives
  • Advise business units on appropriate use of analysis, reports and model deployment
  • Maintain a good knowledge of relevant analytical and statistical techniques
  • Maintain a good technical knowledge of SPSS and other analytical and modelling software
