DEPARTMENT & ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Experience Analytics Senior Specialist to work with within the Customer Experience Departmentin our Yenibosna Turkey office. If you are interested in being a part of our international luxury goods company, apply now!


So, what kind of teammate are we looking for in this position?

  • If you graduated from Statistics, Math, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering department,

  • If you have a good command of written and spoken in English,

  • If you have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role like data analytics, decision support processes, CRM, etc,

  • If you have good knowledge of Statistical Techniques like correlation, regression, driver analysis, factor analysis, etc,

  • If you are able to produce reports in at least one of the visualization programs such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense,

  • If you experienced in at least one of the data mining tools and languages like SAS,R, Python, SPSS,

  • If you experienced working on framing the problem, conducting research/ analysis, and driving execution through to success; as well as have the ability to multitask,

  • If you know SQL well,

  • If you have prior experience in e-commerce is preferred,

  • If you have excellent analytical skills to work on complex businessissues with minimum supervision,

  • If you are a strong team player who is also an independent thinker,

  • If you have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

  • If you able to make data-based decisions by putting the customer in the center,

  • If you have the ability to think analytically, to analyze and make sense of data, and make suggestions with insight,

What will you do in this position?

  • Contributing to the development of projects that will understand customer needs and produce solutions by developing appropriate statistical methods, and determining the KPIs of the developed projects

  • Improving customer retention, customer acquisition and customer experience by analyzing and developing new models in order to determine the tendency of customers to our products and services, and the carryout segmentation works

  • Supporting the Customer Experience Department in building the right customer journey to provide the best customer experience

  • Analyzing and present customer experience insights from several data sources (CRM data, surveys, complaints, reviews, etc) to internal and external teams to assist with optimizations and evaluate overall company performance

  • Using relevant data with an analytical approach to analyze root-causes for better customer experience performance and profitability in alignment with the business objectives

  • Understanding customer journey and building A/B/n test hypotheses for improving customer experience & conversion rates

  • Creating periodic and ad-hoc reports for Senior Management and provide actionable insights

  • Preparing reporting dashboards, monthly and actionable insights or ad hoc reports
