Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing customer journeys using various data sources, identify correct pain points and create necessary actions for improvement,
  • Create ideal customer journeys together with relevant teams, prioritize necessary steps and translate into actionable projects,
  • Monitor related KPIs for completed and ongoing projects together with commercial teams, create action plans when necessary,
  • Execute new business initiatives and action plans,
  • Liaise with technical and commercial teams, act a single contact point for CX related projects,
  • Create and monitor weekly customer experience reports,
  • Guide team members throughout projects with analysis, findings and execution,
  • Understand, retrieve, aggregate and analyze data from different platforms using tools such as SQL, excel, Power BI, SAP BW,
  • Prepare presentations, reports and documentation when necessary.


    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent departments of universities, Master’s degree is a plus,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a role managing and working in projects related to both technology and business (people management experience is a plus),
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing end-to-end campaign processes, especially on digital channels,
  • Experience working with CRM/Marketing/User Experience departments,
  • Excellent data manipulation skills (SQL knowledge is required),
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
  • Strong interpersonal, team communication and coordination skills,
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible and energetic,
  • Listens and understands customer needs.
