Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent command of English and Russia ,
- Min 2 years call center or back office experience,
- Prone to teamwork,
- Analytic perspective and well organized,
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Solving the problem and informing the customer by contacting the relevant departments for the solution of customer requests directed to him.
- Making root cause analysis to solve problems related to frequent requests,
- Follow-up and resolution of complaints on social media,
- Measuring customer satisfaction with surveys/customer calls.
