Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent command of English and Russia ,
  • Min 2 years call center or back office experience,
  • Prone to teamwork,
  • Analytic perspective and well organized,
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Solving the problem and informing the customer by contacting the relevant departments for the solution of customer requests directed to him.
  • Making root cause analysis to solve problems related to frequent requests,
  • Follow-up and resolution of complaints on social media,
  • Measuring customer satisfaction with surveys/customer calls.
