We have an exciting opportunity for an Airport Supervisor to join our Ground Operations Team in Dalaman Airport on a full time, seasonal contract basis for Summer 2022!
Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Airport Supervisor will play a key role in the safe and punctual ground handling operation at the Airport, ensuring that all Jet2.com & Jet2holidays customers consistently receive first class levels of Customer Service.

This is a hands-on role, interacting with our customers and working as an ambassador for our brand values. As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support our flight programme.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Extensive experience within the aviation industry is essential, in either a check-in or a ramp handling capacity, and you will ideally have experience of leading, motivating, and coaching others. As you will be working with our UK customer base, fluency in both English and Turkish is required.
