We are seeking a Customer Insight & Data Analytics Specialist to join our Marketing team who will:
- Be the analytical partner for the key stakeholders in other departments (CRM, Marketing, as well as Senior Executives), promoting data driven decision making, and also provide ad hoc information and insights.
- Translate complex datasets into key strategy insight and powerful capabilities to the business.
- Utilize data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting, and personalization
- Understand our customers and their behaviours in order to increase engagement, build stronger relationships and improve revenue and profitability
- Create and plan CRM campaigns with other team members in accordance with the strategy
- Follow up the success and performance of campaigns on periodical basis
- Perform A/B tests for elements of campaigns and communications
- Develop customer journeys and automation scenarios
- Create weekly/monthly reports for the team in addition to creating documentation and presentations for regular reviews.
- Identify key business trends, issues and opportunities and assist in formulating strategies to address at the customer.
Who has the below qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in related fields, master degree is a plus.
- Work experience in marketing analytics, data analytics.
- Passion for learning, investigating and data-driven decision making that shapes a holistic view of our business with consideration for all aspects of the customer experience and customer service.
- Experience in data analysis and with one or more statistical software languages/applications (SAS, SQL etc).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Experience in structuring data to test hypotheses and develop key insights for marketing and external stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally.
- Ability to see the "big picture", evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many requests.
- Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
