QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications;

Bachelors or Graduate degree from Chemical Engineering/Material Engineering/Industrial Engineering departments of universities
To have min.intermediate level of English (fluent speech, writing and reading)
Experiences with and has profound knowledge in IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 Quality standards
Actively involved in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA work and has experience
At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry
To have knowledge about problem solving tools (8D, Kaizen, etc.)
Has analytical mindsetand, strong communication skills, is target drive and to be a good team member
Knowledge in usage of measurement instruments
To be able to read technical drawings
Knowledge in Ms Office programs
No limitations to travel abroad
Has driving license
Male candidates must have completed their military service

Job Description;

To ensure the quality of the product shipped to the customer
To work in accordance with the IATF 16949 Quality System Standard
Follow up and preparation of all kinds of documentes, reports, test that the customer requires
Planning corrective and preventive activities related to production and procurement processes and non comfirmities that mey arise in the customer after shipment
To manage problem solving activities related to customer complaints, to report, to follow up on topics and to ensure customer communication
Analyzing customer complaints. 8D and prevent repetition by using problem solving techniques
To follow up customer performance rewievs
Organize customer audits at production area and follow up actions
