Sözal is looking for an “Customer Relations Responsible” with experience on customer relationship to join our team in Bursa, Kestel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing end-to-end product flow from sites to end customer, and will ensure on time and in full delivery to all sales channels. He/she will play a key role, in managing the third party service providers as well as internal stakeholders with a customer-centric and service oriented approach.

Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
Drive best operational practices, by continuously seeking for improvement and driving change according to business needs to ensure that strategic targets of the organization are met
Ensure optimal stock and capacity management
Provide premium CS services to internal and external customers and stakeholders by effective reporting and orderbook management
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies with actively driving and leading project management, process changes and internal control measures
