GENEL NİTELİKLER

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the configuration and administration of Salesforce,
  • Act as an administrator of the Salesforce CRM system, including the creation and maintenance of objects, custom fields, workflows, processes, reports, dashboards, validation rules and screen flows,
  • Analyze business requirements and entity relationships in Salesforce Custom Objects,
  • Solve problems, identify complex problems, and analyze possible solutions including workarounds and offer timely solutions,
  • Conduct new Salesforce application testing and implementation as required, develop, update and maintain Salesforce system documentation and Salesforce best practices,
  • Act as primary contact for all Salesforce reporting requests including support of metrics and lead performance, pipeline, campaign success etc. identify production risks and areas for improvement,
  • Manage data imports and database cleanup for data accuracy,
  • Develop and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, access levels, hierarchies etc.,
  • Supporting staff with ad hoc queries and providing training,
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support including implementation, user adoption, system configuration and maintenance, formulas, testing, data integrity, backups etc.,
  • Stay informed about the CRM landscape and identify potential opportunities to optimize our CRM landscape,

About You:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field preferred,
  • Max. 2 years experience,
  • Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce etc.,
  • Experience with Salesforce process builder, workflow, flow, validation rules, formula fields, custom report design with summary and row-level formulas,
  • SQL experience is a plus,
  • Proficiency with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques (Data Loader, Workbench, Excel, Plug-Ins).
  • Ability to produce complex reports and data analysis,
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; formulas, pivots etc.,
  • Experience with managing maintain relevant third-party integrations, healthy API integration between Salesforce and internal systems,
  • You have entrepreneurial spirit and excellent problem-solving skills and, you are eagerness to learn new technologies, as well as a high degree of self-motivation in a fast-moving environment
