As Alpin Activewear, professioned on Seamless production, we keep growing on with our Europe and US based customers
We are now looking for a new teammate as Customer Representative
What are we looking for?
A teammate who,
· Has good communication skills
· Has team spirit
· Has an good command of written and spoken English
· Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments (Business Management, Engineering, Planning, Supply, Textile)
· Has min 2 years of related work experience preferably on textile production
· Has a strong sense of organization, priority management
· Is well organize dans good at planning
· Is able to analyze the risks to make good decisions, and communicate related departments accordingly, result-oriented
What are your responsibilities?
· Balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
· Follow sampling process together with entire team
· Direct production according to customer’s needs
· Follow customer needs and ensure on time shipment
· Define model’s road map based on customer needs
· Analyze purchase figures, production status and customers’ needs to anticipate production planning and improve the production efficiency
· Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
