We are looking for “Customer Representative” for our Foreign Trade Department
QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree
· Excellent command of verbal and written English
· At least 2 years experience in Foreign Trade Department
· Knowledge of export, import, and customs procedures
· Knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and any other ERP system
· Successful in business tie-up and finalization, giving importance to detail and having responsibility
· Having strong interpersonal and communication skills in professional way, problem solving, organizational, analytical thinking ability and open to improvement
· No military obligations for male candidates
· Istanbul residents living preferably in Anatolian side
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Managing specific customer portfolio mainly in Europe and in other regions/sales territories
· Understand the need and expectations of customers and get orders appropriately
· Entering, processing and scheduling orders daily into system
· Schedules freight pick-ups as necessary with requested carriers to ensure timely delivery
· Follow the whole process from order to invoicing in accordance with customer contract
· Work closely with production department
· Conduct overseas market research and provide new customer acquisition
· Import/export and foreign trade procedures, arranging necessary documents for related shipments
Job interview will be conducted in English to test communucation skills.
