Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with an emphasis on Business or similar ( Finance, Economics, Business Administration etc),
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role,
- Team player with strong communication skills, proactive and willing to take initiative,
- Proficiency in usage of MS Office applications , especially in excel,
- SAP Hana / BW-BI Reporting knowledge is highly required,
- Skilled in analytical thinking & problem solving with proper planning and efficient time management,
- Ability to manage and work in high demanding and strict deadline environment,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, strong attention to details and high follow-through skills,
- Upper intermediate level of English,
- Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul,
- Open minded for digitalization and willing to adapt and be a part of improvements.
Job Description
- Preparing the Account Receivable aging report regularly in various versions (This experience is must),
- Having knowledge of customer analysis and acceptance processes,
- Being experienced in customer risk and trade receivables follow-up,
- Communicating with inside and outside customers in line with the company's needs,
- Preparing of the various customer risk reports on desired time basis,
- Having experience of operations for credit insurance like Hermes ,Coface etc.
- Providing data for required reports to both IFRS team and Business Units,
- Preparing the necessary documentation for audits and export compliance.
