Summary

The Customer Services Assistant Specialist manages the operational processes with a customer-oriented perspective and creates sustainable customer satisfaction. As Customer Services Assistant Specialist, you will report to “Customer Services Team Leader”.

What does a Customer Service Assistant Specialist do?

  • To follow the process from the ship to the destination specified in the bill of lading and the evacuation of the cargo from which the shipment has been confirmed to follow the operational process of the sold works and be in constant contact with the customer
  • To answer all questions from the customers need to be clarified
  • To solve customer's problems at the right time and work in coordination with other departments

We are looking for candidates with these competencies and technical knowledge

  • Graduated from the bachelor / master degree departments of universities
  • Experience in ideally in the transportation sector
  • Excelent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Problem- solving skills, result and service -oriented
  • Strong verbal and written skills , able to communicate effectively
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs
