ZIM is one of the leading carriers in the global container shipping industry. Belstar Shipping as official agency of ZIM, provides comprehensive logistics solutions in import and export activities with 5 branches in Turkey.
We are looking for Customer Service - Booking Coordinator who will handle the following;
Responsibilities:
- Handling all bookings in company’s system, by mails and by phone within the predefined SLA.
- Handling special cargo bookings (dangerous, refrigerated, out of gauge etc.)
- Freighting the bookings and preparing all booking data using company’s integrated systems
- Handling all internal and external e-mails and sending out customer notifications
- Handling all customer queries in a timely and kind manner.
- Resolving problems professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, maritime, business administration or in a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping or logistics.
- Minimum B2 Level in English language.
- Good computer skills
- Very good communication skills
- Proactive, hardworking, responsible team player with a can-do attitude, willing to work flexible hours and handle flexible workload.
- Having completed Military Service for male candidates
