We are looking for a "Customer Service Representative" for our customer operating in "Energy & Fuel" industry.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field,
  • SAP knowledge is an asset,
  • Min 2 years’ experience in similar positions,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines,
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities,
  • Strong interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent in using of Microsoft Excel.


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Reporting the invoiced orders, establishing coordination with the Field and FC&A group.
  • Entering the orders received from distributors and from direct sales fully and in a timely manner into the system, following up the entered orders from the Portal.
  • Following up the daily pending orders and flow reports, determining the primary shipment program.
  • Ensuring that current standards are carried out in order to prepare an effective shipment program. (i.e.: palletized shipment to distributors).
  • Ensuring that shipments are delivered fully, correctly and in a timely manner by working in coordination with other Customer Services Representatives and 3PL company.
  • Collaborating with the Finance group and ensuring that prevailing problems of orders are solved and orders are shipped in a timely manner.
  • Filing and archiving the customer orders.
  • Following up and coordinating the customer risks.
  • Monitoring the correctness of customer information.
  • Monitoring the invoices received from customers, completing the transactions and preparing them for system entry.
  • Reporting the KPI’s.
  • Keeping track of the order products which are required urgently or which are not in stock, reporting them to planning in coordination with Customer Services Representatives, Product Demand Manager and Logistics Planning Manager.
