QUALIFICATIONS
Nitto Automotive, located in Tuzla, is looking for a Customer Service & Planning Responsible to follow up customer demand for parts logistics and respond proactively on time and with right answers, prevent possible problems in order to create customer satisfaction.
· Bachelor's degree, preferably with commercial B2B experience in a similar role,
· Experience in planning with ERP systems and SAP,
· Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions,
· Result and detail orientated, ability to focus and prioritize tasks,
· Analytical skills and good in finding solutions with proactive manner,
· Ability to manage time pressure, well organized and self –motivated,
· Strong written, verbal communication skills in English,
· Good command of MS Office applications,
· Salesforce knowledge is a plus,
· Good communication skills and stress resistant and customer-friendly.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Analyze order behaviour of the customer and prepare sales figures (SAP, Intranet, Qlickview, excel, etc),
· Order entry, order follow-up and planning,
· Manage your customer portfolio proactively,
· Provide quick and correct responses to inquiries (price quotations, orders, complaints, product information, delivery times, production planning etc.)
· Gather customer stock agreements in line with guidelines set forward,
· Keep database up to date; customer files, price files, SAP, etc.
· Solve as much as possible technical or commercial questions,
· Provide the customer or prospect with the requested information,
· Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the complete order processing for your customers
