Customer Service Specialist İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ATS is a leading Agency and Distribution House, operating in the specialty chemicals, food, feed, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries since 1987 in Turkey.

Now, we are looking for a highly motivated “Customer Service Specialist” for our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for;

• Creating a bridge between sales and other related departments
• Working closely with related departments in order to prepare various sales& marketing materials
• Preparation of offers and documentation
• Supporting the sales team when they are abroad
• Order management and pricing controls
• Strong follow up for deliveries
• Customer complaint management and reporting
• Supporting management on regular or ad-hoc sales & marketing reports
• Involving division-based new business development activities in need

Qualifications:

• University degree preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or related technical fields
• At least 3 years of sales support /operation experience at specific industries such as, food ingredients, veterinary pharmaceutical products, feed supplements, industrial chemicals and raw materials for pharma
• Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong reporting, analysis and follow up skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach
• Highly motivated and eager to participate in a dynamic, international work environment.
