QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Order to billing processes responsibility

· Close contact and coordination with third party logistics providers (warehouse and transporters) in order to reach customers’ requirements

· By taking into consideration logistics costs, organizing shipments with third party logistics partners

· Manage return process, register in to the system

• Responsible for logistics complaints and registration into the system

• Responsible for Service Level, transport costs KPI’s and order to billing reports

• Coordinate with sales force new customers registration into the system

· Responsible for ÜTS (Ürün Takip Sistemi) notifications

· Being part of local and global projects

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST)

· University degree

· Good knowledge of English

· At least 3-4 years of experience in Order to Billing

· SAP or ERP experience

· Strong communication and result-oriented

· Living in the Asian side of Istanbul
