QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a new teammate for our company, which operates in the Freight Organizing sector, to work in our Izmir Office and to support the operation of our UK office.

• Able to work between 12:00- 21:00
• Making verbal and written follow-ups with the agents,
• Monitoring the loading and delivery process,
• Should pursue the documentation processes,
• Notify the Delivery and arrival status to customers and tracking the status of the Cargo,
• Sharing information about the latest status of the shipment with the Importer Company,
• Regularly reporting their work to the management team,
• To follow the sectoral developments and to report all of found to the management team.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Fields,
• Marketing experience in international maritime sales in the logistics sector,
• At least 2 years of experience in Container Shipping Agency and/or Freight Forwarder agency,
• Having knowledge of international maritime transport legislation,
• Good command of English is required,
• Strong follow-up, planning and organizational skills,
• Highly motivated and open to developments,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, well-developed persuasion skills,
• It is necessary to take customer satisfaction as a basis,
• Prone to teamwork,
• Good command of MS Office programs.
