Customer Services Manager

Qualifications:
- At least a reputable Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, preferably in engineering
- In-depth understanding and practise of mass segment customer services and channels management
- Professional experience on customer services like call center, backoffice, complaint management, digital channels, social media,
- Knowhow about data management: Analyses, reporting tools and methodologies SQL, Power BI etc
- Good command of service quality KPIs and customer metrics
- Min 8 years job experience in similar roles and 4 years management experiences
- Human-oriented personality with high energy and flexibility
- Strong leadership, customer-oriented thinking, innovation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
Job Description:
- Management of customer operation units in harmony with the customer experience approach
- Realization and monitoring of all sectoral and company-specific KPIs related to customers in accordance with the target
- Ensuring sustainability in customer operations
- Meeting and reporting all official requirements in the business area
- Ensuring the feedback loop between the customer and the company
- Budget tracking and outsourcing management
