Customer Services Manager

We are looking for a Customer Services Manager. If you believe that you meet the following qualifications we welcome your application.

Qualifications:

  • At least a reputable Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, preferably in engineering
  • In-depth understanding and practise of mass segment customer services and channels management
  • Professional experience on customer services like call center, backoffice, complaint management, digital channels, social media,
  • Knowhow about data management: Analyses, reporting tools and methodologies SQL, Power BI etc
  • Good command of service quality KPIs and customer metrics
  • Min 8 years job experience in similar roles and 4 years management experiences
  • Human-oriented personality with high energy and flexibility
  • Strong leadership, customer-oriented thinking, innovation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English

Job Description:

  • Management of customer operation units in harmony with the customer experience approach
  • Realization and monitoring of all sectoral and company-specific KPIs related to customers in accordance with the target
  • Ensuring sustainability in customer operations
  • Meeting and reporting all official requirements in the business area
  • Ensuring the feedback loop between the customer and the company
  • Budget tracking and outsourcing management
