QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TotalEnergies is looking for a team member for the following position:

  • Being the direct & first contact for order related issues for the customer
  • Realizing periodic customer visits
  • To examine existing application and processes, help developing new systems
  • Regularly provide customer feedbacks (VOCs) In company’s claim/feedback management system
  • Perform the necessary procedures within the company’s order management flow, targeting maximum customer satisfaction
  • Follow up customer service KPIs and ensure the results are meeting company targets
  • Help optimizing customer service and order management processes (including Navision portal if necessary)
  • Controls and assures the conformity of customer contracts
  • Follow up the realization of the contracts and make the rebate calculations for further control and analysis of sales departments
  • Support after-sales customer requests within the framework of the company's customer satisfaction policy
  • Respond to information requests from sales departments (stock amount, production planning, supply schedule etc.)
  • Fulfill the return product notification process requirements within the framework of the company's quality management system
  • Respond to customer complaints by transferring them to the right units and support for the solution actions
  • Back-up other position in his/her department where necessary


Qualifications:

  • University degree preferably information systems or engineering departments
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (SAP is a plus)
  • Fluent English
  • 3-5 years of experience
