We are looking for a team member to join our Company as a “Customer Service Specialist (Export)”.

Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Logistics or similar positions
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced computer skills particularly with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Analyze, support, and drive corrective actions
  • SAP or ERP Knowledge is preferred

Job Description

  • Management of trade activities; receive & process the orders from Israel & Central Asian countries and Turkey, issue relevant PO’s, supply requested documents to the distributors/customers for customs clearance and issue the invoices.
  • Communicate with factories in several countries and drive all export/transit trade operations.
  • Track & record all logistics procedures, clarify the complaints and create long-term solutions for optimum processes.
  • Investigate and respond in a timely manner to all customer requests and understands business needs & urgency of order fulfillment and follow-up.
  • Communicate with internal departments (sales, logistics, quality) about operations and documents.
  • Prepare reports for sales, orders, invoices if needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Ensuring full complianceprocedures, guidelines & policies.
