We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our customers' business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of TURBOARD data analysis projects.
With 250000+ named users 6000+ of which are outside of Turkey we are developing Business Intelligence software, TURBOARD, in METU campus.

That would mean learning their business sometimes deeper than they do and challenging them for moving forward with their data.
Responsibilities
Understanding data analysis / visualization project requirements, shareholder evaluation criteria and TURBOARD application/team capabilities
Managing (opening, monitoring, testing) tasks that will be mostly for Data Scientist for preparation/modelling of data and visualization
Meeting with shareholders and making sure process is active and goal-oriented
Prepare for project milestones understand expectations and take precautions by demanding more resources in case of need
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
Communicate key insights and findings to product team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Skills and Requirements:
Previous experience in Customer Success / Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools is a plus
Solid experience in writing SQL queries is a plus
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
A degree in IT / Computer Science or Engineering will be preferred
