QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering,
- At least minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Able to travel domestically and internationally,
- To provide remote and on-site support to our domestic and international customers, Support users in the company network on Windows operating system and Office versions,
- Experience and knowledge of computer hardware, network protocols and components, (Have sufficient knowledge to identify a level 1 problem)
- Having strong in customer service and relations,
- Having strong communication and follow-up skills,
- Customer and solution oriented, compatible with teamwork,
- Having time management and planning skills,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours, when necessary,
- Having at least a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively,
- Residing in Antalya,
- If necessary, will be able to work in shifts and take part in flexible working hours.
