QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for self-motivated, competitive and eager customer support representatives who are motivated to progress in an industry as fast-paced and continuously expanding as ours.


Teamwork is a massive part of how we achieve our success here, so when filling this position we are looking for individuals who thrive off communicating and sharing ideas within a strong team oriented atmosphere. English writing and speaking skills is required.


What we expect from you:

- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve the customer experience,

- A positive attitude and approach to work in line with our behaviours,

- Performing daily compliance monitoring tasks such as authenticating customers,

- Update compliance records and regulatory documents and provide protection and assistance for compliance laws,

- Confident use of the Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel,

- Experience of using a customer database,

- Previous experience of working with live chat would be highly advantageous but it is not essential.
