JOB DESCRIPTION

- To handle the requests which comes from the agencies and convince them with the results.

- Updating the company systems with the correct data and figures regarding his/her actions to follow the procedures perfectly.

- To follow the structured shift plan. To inform the manager verbally and with e-mail to get his/her confirmation.

- To follow and finalize daily tasks and targets given by the manager. Targets need to be finalized according to the planned timing by following the company rules and procedures.

- In case of a request is not finalized within the day, he/she needs to inform manager & colleagues to follow, and necessary coordination needed to be provided if he/she will not be working next day.

- He/she needs to adapt with the team, he/she needs to make all necessary coordination and catch the department’s target.

- As the person who is exactly dealing with the cases and aware of the situations, he/she needs to advise his/her solutions to the management to improve the system for more efficient process

QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,

· Good level of written and verbal communication in English,

· Proficient in MS Office programs,

· Strong communication and presentation skills,

· Prone to teamwork, following innovations closely,

· Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal

· Having the ability to think analytically and strategically, following the dynamics of the market,

· Male candidates must have completed military service,
