Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management or other related fields
- At least 4 years of relevant experience (consulting firm, customs brokerage company, operating in supply chain, trade operations, etc.)
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience in using SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English and/or German

- Very good knowledge of customs & foreign trade legislation, with expertise in origin legislation, FTA’s and export controls
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative

Job Description
- Export Control related activities, including interpretation of related local and EU legislation, business model evaluation, system entries, keep internal documentation up to date and provide internal trainings
- Internal Control related activities, such as control design, remediation measures, system entries&documentation
- Origin related tasks, including interpretation of related legislation, internal trainings, obtain supplier declarations, calculate preferential origin for export vehicles and parts, preparing reports
- Origin system key user tasks, such as process analysis&improvements, change requests documentation, system tests etc
- Support other team members and departments for situations requiring specific customs expertise, answer internal and external queries, including document requests, penalty letters etc
- Follow up legislation changes, analyze their implications and perform necessary measures for ensuring full compliance with legal requirements
