We are looking for Data & Analytics Consultants and Managers for our Data & Analytics team. Data Governance, Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis are main focus areas for this position.
Required Technical Skills:
- BS/MS. in a quantitative discipline (Industrial engineering, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Industrial engineering ,Mathematical engineering,Mathematics MIS, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in any of the following subject areas: Data Governance, Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis
- An ability to write SQL and work with relational databases.
- Understanding of Datawarehouse, Data Lake, ETL, CDC, Streaming, Reporting, Governance, Statistical models, Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience at Data Oriented Transformation Projects.
Required Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Superior verbal and written interpersonal communication skills in English
- Excellent client service skills
- Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities
- Professional discipline and importance of outstanding work
- Commitment to self-learning and continuous skill and professional knowledge development
- A desire to continue to learn and develop your skills in data related subject areas.
- Professional curiosity
Optionals:
- Consultancy work experience is a big plus.
- Knowledge of governance / data management standards, such as DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI etc.
- Proficiency with open source data science tools (SAS, SPSS, R, Python) and SQL is a plus
- Experience working with SSIS, Informatica, IBM Datastage, ODI etc.
- Experience of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL mapping solutions within structured data warehouse environment,
- Experience using PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Cognos, BO, etc. for the creation of dashboards, standard reports and ad-hoc reports and experience,
- Knowledge of NoSQL systems, Hadoop, Spark, etc. is preferred.
- Understanding / Experience at Digital Transformation Projects.
