Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
· Minimum 4 years experience in Data Scientist or HR Analytics
· Experience working with and creating data architectures; data modeling, creating algorithms and predictive models
· Advanced written and spoken English,
· Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills
· Proficient in using MS Office applications, PBI, Power Query, Power Pivot
· Good to know Phyton or R Studio
· Completed military service – for male applicants,
· Preferably living in Istanbul – European side.
· Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile with planning, organizational and problem solving skills
Basic Functions:
· Coordination of HR dashboard and metric studies, measuring of organizational productivity based on data / metrics,
· Coordination of all projects related to HR Analytics,
· Design necessary tools, data modeling processes, templates for the budgeting process and people analytics reports
· Execute HR analytics reports & dashboards to give direction for strategic business decisions
· Contribute to organizational efficiency and development studies in various HR projects
· Prepares and analyzes regular and ad-hoc reports including turnover, attraction, cost management and retention
· Develop, automate, maintain, and periodic HR metrics to monitor KPIs and dashboards as it relates to compensation specific data
· Support reporting requirements related with other HR functions regarding recruitment performance, employee engagement survey, performance management outputs etc.
· Monitor Human Resource employee data in our databases for maintaining correct data which are used in various kinds of reports and determine development areas of a system according to requirements of the company
