We are looking for a "Data Engineer / Data Analyst Specialist" for the growing Business Intelligence & Analytics team of Sigortam.net. In this position, you will be responsible from the design and construction of data pipelines and reporting in order to continually improve data quality and enable data-driven decisions.

Your role:

· Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture to improve user

experience through fast insights generation

· Assess large, complex data platforms to improve data quality

· Process improvements: optimization of data delivery, improvement of data

quality

· Providing support to data scientists about their data requirements

· Drive the evolution of new data infrastructures such as data integration points, data warehousing, and visualization

· Extract data flow and interpret data preparation logic in existing ETL flows and reports

Your profile:

· Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as computer science, engineering,

statistics, mathematics or related field required; advanced degree is a plus

· Proven experience in working with large datasets and relational databases (SQL)

· At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and/or engineering

· At least 2 years of experience in Python

· Experience in data warehouses and data management

· Experience in data extraction, transformation, cleaning, and validation

· Working in a team environment

· Problem solving and result-oriented

· Experience in dashboard development

· Preferably have knowledge and experience with Power BI and/or QlikSense

· Preferably have interest in Data Science

· Preferably have knowledge of big data technologies such as Kafka,Spark, PySpark etc.
