QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Data entry assistant to support our team in Malta. You will also be asked to manage our database, updating our portfolio, and communicate people from our portfolio as English speaker.

Data Entry Assistant Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Supporting our team in Malta


- Communicating with portfolio through various channels.


- Keeping records of portfolio interactions, comments.


- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.


- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.


- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Required Skills

Customer Service Representative Requirements:


- Good verbal and written English communication skills is a must


- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.


- Ability to stay calm and professionally comfortable using computers.


- Experience working with customer support.
