QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in a related discipline
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; since the new joiner will be positioned in an international project
- Minimum 1 years of experience in PostgreSQL or Oracle DBA Experience in Linux environment
- Knowledge of shell scripting, strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs database export and import tasks
- Monitors and maintains databases proactively
- Automate Database tasks using shell-scripting, function, procedure
- Create and maintain database objects such as tables, views, indexes
- Tune and troubleshoot database related problems in a timely manner
- Designs and implements database automation tasks using scripts
- Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and users
