QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HONOR is going to find Delivery & Logistic manager!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Basing on weekly CPFR-PSI table from customer, you have to ensure deliveries exactly according to PSI by week;

· Updating the delivery plan of the following month according to the delivery capability allocation;

· Order fulfillment whole process monitoring after order release, shipment, customers clearance until dispatch to customer warehouse;

· Keep communication with HQ order coordinator, whether they finish packing, against estimated packing finished date (PCD vs EPD), that to alert HQ and ask for reasons;

· Keep communication with monitoring HQ transportation specialist;

· Monitoring shipment time, customs clearance and local delivery,

· Stock management and keep reasonable stock level for regional channels, that to avoid overdue stock;

· Responsible for tracking the customs clearance and delivery of goods, ensuring that LSA is reached, and handling abnormal events in the process

· Track the customs clearance and delivery of samples and retail materials

· Handle complaints caused by delivery logistic.

· Confirmation of documents before delivery, advance the complete certification materials in advance to ensure timely delivery

· To contact with customers;

· Prepare report (weekly / monthly).

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

· A bachelor’s degree or above;

· At least 3 years’ experience at logistic industry;

· Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate or above);

· Good knowledge of all logistic processes involved (operational, administrative and analytical);

· Good knowledge of inventory control theory, material requirement planning and supply chain flows;

· Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Power Point and Excel skills is must).
