QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ZIM is one of the leading carriers in the global container shipping industry. Belstar Shipping as official agency of ZIM, provides comprehensive logistics solutions in import and export activities with 5 branches in Turkey.
We are looking for a Customer Service - Delivery Order & Invoices Cashier who will handle the following;
- Printing and releasing bill of lading as per company regulations
- Printing and releasing delivery orders as per company regulations
- Preparing and printing invoices for all shipments.
- Handling demurrage
- Checking and receiving payments
- Keeping financial records
- Filling documents
- Arranging courier shipments
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, maritime, business administration, finance or in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping or logistics is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good computer skills, knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Good communication skills
- Proactive, hardworking and responsible team player with a can-do attitude, willing to work over-time.
- Military service should have been completed for male candidates.
