QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Delta Brands is a fast-growing, New York based Consumer Packaged Goods Company, one of the leaders in value-priced Personal Care and Household Cleaning products, we are looking for aPurchasing Specialist (Personal Care and Household Cleaning Products) to join our Turkey office located inMaslak, Istanbul.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Following up new product development process according to the customer demands.
  • Communicating with suppliers and taking responsibility for supplier management regarding the whole project.
  • Preparing price offers and offering samples for new products.
  • Maintaining relations with suppliers during new product development and revision process (collecting customer demands, taking customer approvals, etc.)
  • Coordinating and organizing the necessary process of regular product revisions and new product developments (graphic work, sample preparation, mock up preparation, etc)
  • Creating and re-arranging product documents.
  • Coordination with Graphic and R&D Department according to the customer demands.
  • Watching the changes on American design trends for Personal care and Household Cleaning products.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Engineering
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Personality with strong negotiation, communication and planning skills.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Innovative, proactive and result-oriented.

Our office is next to Maslak Metro Station.

Office hours: 08:00 AM – 18:00 PM
