QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Demand Planner that will have a role within the organisation and add value to our company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and maintain a demand plan from forecast to confirmation,
- Ensure usage of one set of numbers throughout the full planning cycle,
- Keep planning process documentation updated,
- Maintain product history and forecasting data/parameters,
- Generate and execute stock plans for product/location,
- Coordinate the Product Ageing process,
- Identify gaps in plans vs targets and develop gap coverage plans during inventory shortages,
- Independently solve moderately complex issues while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate (Engineering background is preferred),
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong analytical skills,
- 2-3 years’ experience in planning,
- A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity,
- Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to build effective relationship,
- Effective time management and planning,
- Preferably no military obligation for male candidates.
