QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ALX TURKEY was established in 2015 in order to contribute to and diversify the foreign economic relationships of Hungary together with one of the leading companies of Turkey, Polat Group. ALX TURKEY aim is to enhance and increase the commercial relationships with these two countries. ALX TURKEY is the official partner of Hungarian Export Promotion Agency responsible for Turkey, Greece and Cyprus. We are looking for a Department Assistant to be assigned to our Office in İstanbul responsible for Turkish territory.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Graduated from undergraduate or associate degree programs preferred,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Strong English skills (verbal and written),
  • Excellent follow through; strong sense of urgency and responsibility,
  • Strong collaboration skills and strong thinking/problem-solving skills,
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data input skills.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate the running of the Department on a daily basis.
  • Ensure communication and coordination between domestic and foreign companies.
  • Manages administrative needs of the organization (calendar management of General Manager, travel, meeting scheduling etc.).
  • Coordinates meetings/events/activities.
  • Arranges the needed support for the organization (Ensuring that all documents and approval processes, managing telephone traffic, maintaining order in the office, file archiving and tracking, providing necessary equipments, etc.)
