Job Identification
We are now seeking for a Department Coordinator to be a part of our Finance team. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and operational support to assisting Finance Director and related function in general,
- Planning, coordinating and ensuring respective direct reports’ schedule is followed,
- Working closely and effectively with Finance Director to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately,
- Scheduling and arranging personal or business internal/external meetings, appointments, agendas & committee meetings, coordinating travel and business program,
- Coordinating office management activities (function meetings, function dinners, celebrations, etc...),
- Performing other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning and conserving time.
Capabilities
- Undergraduate / University degree,
- Experience as an Executive or Department Assistant would be an asset,
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills,
- Good command of English both written and spoken,
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work,
- Strong problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities,
- Knowledge of standard Microsoft software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required (SAP, e-Forms, etc.)
