Job Identification

We are now seeking for a Department Coordinator to be a part of our Finance team. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:


Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to assisting Finance Director and related function in general,
  • Planning, coordinating and ensuring respective direct reports’ schedule is followed,
  • Working closely and effectively with Finance Director to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately,
  • Scheduling and arranging personal or business internal/external meetings, appointments, agendas & committee meetings, coordinating travel and business program,
  • Coordinating office management activities (function meetings, function dinners, celebrations, etc...),
  • Performing other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning and conserving time.

Capabilities

  • Undergraduate / University degree,
  • Experience as an Executive or Department Assistant would be an asset,
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills,
  • Good command of English both written and spoken,
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work,
  • Strong problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities,
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required (SAP, e-Forms, etc.)
