QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, under construction period. Once fully operative company will be active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Warehousing & Logistics responsibilities. S/he will maintain and enhance the organization's warehousing & logistics activities by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Make warehouse arrangements in line with stock management and minimum stock policy and ensure compliance with the policy.
- Make capacity planning in line with the production plan, provide stock support that will ensure the continuity of production.
- Make annual/monthly/weekly stock planning of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, finished products, packaging materials, organize stocks in line with the determined policy, keep entry and exit records, make annual counts, reconcile and report physical-material stock.
- Implement and supervise the operation of raw material, material, finished goods stock in/out, allocation and inventory take. Manage the inventory of raw material, material and finished goods.
- Create and follow up the necessary work/production orders by checking the up-to-dateness of the stocks according to the annual/monthly/weekly/instant production plan coming from the Planning and Sales and Production Planning sections.
- Implement shipment operation of raw material, material,finished goods for domestic and exports. Monitor the status according to company's shipment target. Progress control, compile monthly report.
Requirements:
- BS Degree required, Industrial Engineering is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience prefably in Iron&Steel industry in Supply Chain Management (production planning, material planning, capacity planning, scheduling, warehousing)
- Good level of English.
