QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Health Sciences..etc.),
- +10 years managerial experience preferably in a corporate environment or multi-partner companies,
- A general knowledge of the laws, regulations and practices required by the position,
- Advanced MS Office & ERP programs skills,
- Advanced level of English,
- Effective, planned and disciplined in time management,
- Solution-oriented, fast-acting and commercial-oriented,
- No travel restrictions
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Close out process - construction contractor and service provider relationships, dispute resolution
- Reporting for the public, partners and company
- All operational processes related to mechanical, electrical, construction and Facilitation Management
- Follow-up, technical controls and management in all titles connected to it
- Official correspondence, stakeholder relations between the public and the company
- Direct project audit on all matters
- Strategic planning through board membership
