QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We as Vestnes Turkey AS a part of VESTNES NORWAY AS Holding, we are looking for talented Architects
Our main business is turnkey delivery of interiors to the vessels / watercratfs, such as ferries, fishing vessels, offshore vessels, cruise and passenger vessels.
Our new colleague to handle all the interior design decision together with customer acc to our supplier flew and material range.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Follow-up, superposition, control of the field application project with the relevant project manager
2. Network control of field frozen application projects, creation of final files, documentation follow-up
3. Determining the conformity of the material specs applied within the scope of the project with the relevant project manager according to the norms or published specs
4. Writing the application method report of the productions applied within the scope of the project (mos preparation)
5. Quality control of the production, warning of the relevant subcontractor, creation of NCRs, reporting
6. Preparing pre-inspection reports before field production, presenting them to the department manager
7. Preparation, filing, archiving of site delivery minutes
8. Creation of damage assessment reports of the materials arriving at the site, determination of the shipment deficiencies according to the project, notification of the quality follow-up to the project manager
9. Quantification of field subcontracting progress payments, preparation of related attachment drawings
10. Reporting the weekly field material needs to procurement by meeting with the relevant project manager, tracking the material shipment with purchasing
11. Checking the inventory lists of the project materials / equipment in the warehouse, reporting to the department manager
• Keeping cost and income values
• Report progress of the project
• Report used man-hours for the project
• Use FOLLOW UP tools for recording the progress
• Quality check information recorded in to reporting system
• Responsible for progress planning
• Responsible for warranty period
• Responsible for site organization and subcontractor’s contract, progress and organization
• Responsible for yard and customer relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
Reports to Projects Coordinator, Projects Director
Works full time.
