General Mission:
Contribute to the satisfaction of Renault TECH customers and the company's profitability by ensuring the product/process design and the specification of parts, sub-assemblies of parts or components within its scope, for new vehicles in the range plan or vehicles in production life:
- in accordance with the functional specifications (design input data, regulatory constraints, QCD objectives)
- in compliance with standards and business rules, development processes and design logic,
- using CAE tools and the characterization processes of its profession.
Detailed Mission:
- Adapt Renault scans according to RT transformations
- Contribute to the development of a vehicle architecture to ensure the best product/process/services/design compromise in compliance with business processes and standards by seeking the best QCDP compromise
- Ensure the convergence of the implantation of the organs in the vehicle
- Participate in the realization of the BOM (Bill Of Material)
- Participate in meetings and project reviews
- Check the conformity of the first prototype parts and assemblies
- Prepare and follow the different calculation phases
- Participate in taking into account regulatory constraints and business rules
- Define the technological choices (material – type of transformation) and interface of sub-assemblies and complex assemblies
- Proposals to improve the quality of the parts and to reduce the manufacturing cost price
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from technical teaching (Automotive, mechanical etc) or related engineering fields (Mechanical, industrial etc)
- Excellent level of CATIA knowledge and CATIA design experience preferably in automotive sector
- Excellent level of English, French knowledge is an asset
- Having ability of design focused thinking
- Solution focused, ability of working as team
