Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Having knowledge and desire in part design, preferably metal sheet and plastic parts and production methods & mold design,
· Having experience in CAD software preferably NX (Good command in Modelling,Surface, Assembly),
· Having experience in Analysis software preferably Ansys (Good command in Statical Analysis),
· Having knowledge and involved in production methods for sheet metal related mechanical and plastic injection process,
· Willing to solve technical problems and quality concerns related final products and materials,
· Having solid knowledge in perceived quality, design materials, reliability,
· Having experience in household, similar electrical appliances or automotive sectors,
· Minimum 3 years of experience in related area,
· Having experience in Project Management,
· Having the knowledge of cost reduction and feasibility,
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
· Strong knowledge of microsoft office programs,
· Following and adopting the market trends and New Technologies,
· Will be able to reside inBolu
Job Description
· Designing new parts & making modifications to existing parts,
· Solving product related quality problems and production related quality problems in terms of engineering point of view,
· Analysing technical problems through the engineering tools & analysis softwares,
· Realizing new part/project/product implementation activities,
· Making conceptual designs, conducting research for design and producability of new parts,
· Making product / part design using preferably UG NX and other CAD softwares,
· Following trends in the industry and realizing benchmark activities,
· Making design verification activities by designing prototyping and testing procedure,
· Using analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems,
· Making cost improvement projects,
· Working with a design team dedicated to Product BOM & EBOM & MBOM and Formulation structures,
· Following/learning and developing related projects’ requirements with the coordination of other product group factories,
· Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions,
· Leading and participating in R&D Project Office tasks during improving and developing new product and system projects,
· Leading cost reduction and efficiency projects,
· Performing and optimizing technical decisions using 6 Sigma approach and measurement methods,
· Ensuring the necessary process steps to be completed on time at the new product projects.
