Job Description:
Design Manager is responsible to establish and operate corporate Design Management System as the key member of Project Management Office.
Responsibilities:
Managing design firms and teams
Managing interdisciplinary design coordination
Managing design optimization process
Managing internationally recognized design stages, according to corporate needs (RIBA, AIA)
Requirements:
Graduation from Architectural Faculty of Universities,
15 years of experience in design of superstructure construction projects,
10 years of experience as Design Manager and/or Coordinator,
Familiarity to international working environment,
Familiarity to FIDIC contract system,
Fluency in English as contract language,
No domestic/international travel restriction,
