GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for Design Office Section Chief with the following qualifications to take part in a large-scale residential construction project started in Istanbul Basaksehir.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture,
- 10+ years of minimum experience in designing office units of construction sites,
- Experienced in application and detail projects of mixed-use constructions,
- Knowing materials and details of building construction,
- Be part of coordination between the design office and the other field units,
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, and Sketch-Up programs,
- Team player, result-oriented, disciplined, and systematic worker,
- Residing in the European side of Istanbul,
- Be able to adapt work pace with and working hours of the construction site,
Job Description
- Drawing architectural applications and detailed projects according to the building licensedprojects,
- Superposing the drawings and publishing them to other departments,
- Delivering the drawn projects to the site units according to work schedule,
- Updating the projects according to the architectural projects at the construction site and the data coming from other departments,
- Supervising the production on the site and revising detailed drawings when necessary,
- Transferring the details and drawings from consultancy firms to the Project,
- Taking the quantities of the projects prepared, if necessary, according to the workload.
Preparing the as-built projects after completing the construction.
