QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Electronics or Electronics and Communications Engineer,
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
- Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
- Knowledge of IoT systems structure, basic understanding of mobile operating systems, understanding of embedded hardware and software; understanding of serial terminal, android debug bridge is a plus,
- Detailed knowledge of testing methodology,
- Knowledge of software and electrical testing systems and tools is a plus,
- Knowledge of issue tracking systems (such as Jira) is a plus,
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures is a plus,
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills,
- A good eye for detail,
- Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures,
- Good problem-solving skills,
- Ability to project manage,
- Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box,
- High-level technical writing skills,
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills,
- Active, interrogator and self-confident,
- No travel restriction,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Creating clear test cases and update test plans,
- Designing, implementing and executing functional, stress and stability test setups,
- Meeting with product designers to determine functionality protocols,
- Reviewing the product designs and noting likely points of failure,
- Designing verification methodology based on product designs and failure points,
- Determining testing environments and verification tools,
- Reviewing existing engineering criteria for similar products,
- Building and calibrating electrical instruments and testing tools,
- Planning the method of sequence for testing operations,
- Instituting and tweaking testing mechanisms and protocols,
- Conducting quality control inspections,
- Writing up final test procedures and training QC staff,
- Able to adapt to the busy Schedule,
- Good team player,
- Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region.
