We seek for "Mechanical Design Engineer' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy Turkey Elektrik San A.Ş., in Kartal, Istanbul, with below qualifications:
Your background
- University degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Very good 3-D CAD system knowledge, preferably Pro/E and Pro/Mechanica.
- 2-4 years of different levels of related work experience.
- Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, team work & result oriented.
- Target oriented, able to communicate effectively.
- Personal leadership and good communication skills.
- Being able to initiate team work/capture team.
- Completed military service for male applicants.
- Available for international travels.
Your responsibilities
- Being the part of an International Design and Engineering Team for Power Transformers and being interaction between Design Teams from different countries
- Making mechanical design using the necessary tools and programs by demonstrating advanced knowledge of principles and practices in related practice areas.
- Preparing the documentations for design output, 3D modelling and creating technical drawings of mechanical parts for transformers and customer documentation.
- Following up the projects from the beginning to the delivery.
- Following non-conformance reports and taking necessary preventive actions.
- Participation in the process of continuous improvement of the design process.
- Providing cost effective quality solutions for customer requirements.
- Making technical judgments in unique problems considering multiple aspects.
- Technical support and close cooperation with other teams.
