QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

• Coordination of all Quality-related topics inside department: e.g. 8D, quality gates, process flows, quality standards, …
• Preparation for internal / external audits
• Communication with other departments in International Engineering Network for improvement of processes and procedures
• Responsible for all Research & Development Center activities, e.g. tracking of research projects, communication with Universities and Turkish Ministry of Science

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years work experience in quality topics related to automotive industry
• Preferably, experience with Research projects as TÜBİTAK, and R&D-Center Certification
• Able to work independently and to take initiative
• Very good skills in written and spoken English and / or German
• Very good communication and team work skills
• Willing to work in international teams and within intercultural environment
