QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ year experience in UNIX/Linux administration
- 2+ year experience in a DevOps role
- Experience with Python, Shell scripting for pipeline automation
- 2+ year experience in Tomcat, Apache, Nginx web servers
- Experience with Atlassian software ( JIRA, Confluence, etc. )
- Experience with system monitoring and logging tools
- Have knowledge about in Java, GIT, Jenkins, Maven, JUnit, Docker, JMeter
- Good verbal and written skills in English
- Passionate about technology
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivation, attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
- Eager to learn and stretch boundaries
- Thorough with strong analytical skills
- Deployment, installation and configuration of Money Transfer and related software
- Administration of UNIX/Linux OS - installation, configuration and maintenance
- Active assistance to developers, participation in DevOps routines
- Solving critical problems in systems, platforms and data such as: unavailability, outage inconsistency, misconfiguration, etc.
- Active collaboration and close work with all other IT teams to find solutions to problems
- Document and publish infrastructure, systems schemas and designs
- Monitor, analyze and optimize performance of systems, eliminate bottlenecks, plan for capacity upgrades
- Installing, maintaining and monitoring server side operations and applications
