QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Platform/Devops to join our team. We focus on redesigning and making our CI/CD platform and application servers more functional. Experienced in open source and cloud technologies, continuous learning through problem solving and research is our expectation for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement monitoring systems and procedures for 7/24 uptime requirements of extremely critical systems,
- To operate, and maintain production, test and development servers and virtualization environments,
- Monitor, analyze and optimize performance of systems, eliminate bottlenecks, plan for capacity upgrades,
- Actively monitor system security,
- Optimization and further development of pipelines,
- Working directly with software development teams and supporting them through the CI / CD tools to optimize software development processes,
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience,
- Experience in Unix/Linux environments,
- Experience in container orchestration like Docker swarm and Kubernetes,
- Experience in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems,
- Experience in monitoring and automation tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible,Zabbix,
- Experience in source control systems, such as GIT,
- Experience in build and release pipelines for both cloud and on-premise solutions
- Scripting experience both in Python and Bash,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills,
- Knowledge about network security, concepts and protocols,
